About
In theory, everyone wants change that will result in better outcomes; however, when it is time to implement those changes it is often met with much resistance and opposition. Change tends to bring discomfort and disrupt routines, and therefore people become dissatisfied or disillusioned with the process. Many programs are inaccurately deemed unsuccessful because of flawed implementation. Every situation is unique and thus requires thoughtful analysis and planning for effective implementation. These sessions take into account this context of change initiatives and provides a space for concerns and questions to be addressed, and an assets-based paradigm for implementation.
