Navigating Sustainable Change

The first part of this process is the Implementing Change Initiatives sessions. In order for change initiatives to be sustained, there needs to be an ongoing process of feedback loops to monitor the implementation and receive feedback from those implementing the initiatives. Without this accountability cycle, the implemented change initiatives will not have optimal intended outcomes.
