Improving Instructional Capacity

This training program is created to be customizable to the specific needs of teachers. Since the instructional needs of teachers differ, this program provides an opportunity for teachers with similar needs to learn together as a cohort and support each other through peer observations, feedback and collaboration, and ultimately success through improved learning outcomes for students.
